I placed a large order (21 items) received 20 items a couple days later. Called customer service and within a minute she told me the exact item that I was missing and assured me it was on the way. Even if they would have kept the item I would have given them an excellent review. Their tools appear to be very high quality and well finished. I wish numbers had been marked onto the forceps but that’s ok. I feel I got at least double the value for what I spent and am an extremely satisfied customer.

I love, love, love the new aspirating syringe. It is easier to handle than any other syringe. It is lightweight, the harpoon is incredibly sharp and the one piece aspect is brilliant
